Favorite Technique: "I like to practice combinations since it builds muscle memory. For example, middle block / punch / roundhouse kick / spinning back knife strike."

Rank achievements: 3rd Dan, Hapkido, 3rd Dan Tae Kwon Do / I have always had a great deal of respect for the Korean martial arts of Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido. I am very proud of the fact that I was able to achieve black belt at the age of 55. I have admiration for all students who commit to learning the art and who have reached the black belt level. It is quite an honor.
